About Scott.

I’m a Registered Psychologist, Advanced Care Paramedic, and firefighter. With almost 30 years of front-line experience as a first responder, I went through my own struggles with occupational stress. When I looked for help, I found the support I got was well-intentioned, but often too “fluffy.” What I really needed were clear, practical tools. That’s what I now give my clients. My approach is direct, structured, and based on proven methods. I’ll help you build a toolbox of skills you can use right away to handle stress, manage challenges, and improve your situation. The work isn’t always easy, but it’s practical and effective.

Because of my background, I understand stress and trauma not just from textbooks, but from real-life experience. I’ve worked with first responders, healthcare providers, and others in high-pressure roles. But my practice is for anyone facing challenges like anxiety, workplace stress, or relationships problems.

My goal is to take the mystery out of psychology and make it useful. I give people tools that make them stronger, more resilient, and better prepared for whatever comes next. If this sounds like what you’re looking for, I’d be glad to work with you.
